:(1) Any wild animal for the purpose of study, research or educational exhibition may be requested by a well-known domestic or foreign association, organization that conducts scientific study, research or educational display of wildlife. If an application is submitted with a written commitment to provide assistance for the protection, support and development of Nepal's national parks, reserves, protected areas or intermediate areas and wildlife, the Government of Nepal can provide wildlife to the said organization for such work.
(2) When providing any wildlife for study or research as per sub-section (1), if the Government of Nepal deems that the results obtained from such study or research will be useful for Nepal as well, the Government of Nepal may provide such wildlife with the condition that such results will also be provided to Nepal.
(3) In accordance with sub-section (1), the fees to be charged, the conditions to be followed and other arrangements for providing wild animals shall be as prescribed.
